Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 June 2026 · SecBlok Pty Ltd (Australia)
By using SecBlok software or services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
1. Beta software
SecDog is currently in private beta. It is pre-release software provided "as is", may change or be discontinued, and beta access may end at any time. Don't rely on it for anything you can't afford to have break.
2. Authorized use only
SecDog is security-testing software. You may use it only against systems you own or for which you have explicit, written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning or attacking of systems is illegal in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for complying with all applicable laws and agreements.
3. Your license
During the beta, access is invite-only, per-seat, and non-transferable. Your invite code is single-use and ties a license to your machine. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, sharing, or any violation of these terms. Paid plans, when offered, are governed by the pricing and subscription terms presented at checkout.
4. Bring your own keys (BYOK)
SecDog uses AI providers via keys you supply. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and any usage costs are yours. SecBlok is not responsible for third-party provider availability, output, or charges.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided without warranties of any kind, and SecBlok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
